Guess what ya’ll…. WE ARE OFFICIALLY “ACTIVE” with our consulting company. (insert happy dance).

What does that mean….It means we are finally able to see and being presented to Birth moms/dads as potential adoptive parents. Wow! I have been waiting for this day to come since SEPT. 24th when we signed on with FAC.

Now, we wait…we present to birth moms and dads and if we are chosen we have whats called a “match”. Lots goes into this, birth parents are looking at our profile books, we are chatting if they want, and it is not uncommon to present yourself to multiple families before you’re chosen back.

Want to hear something even crazier? Right now from match date to delivery it is about 6-8 weeks. WOW! WOW! Does that mean we will have a baby in our arms within the next 6-8 weeks? MAYBEEEE…..but it could also take several months for a birth family to choose us.

Right now we are praying for that mama out there having to make these hard decisions, and that she sees our desire and hearts to love her and her baby. We are praying that in Gods timing he has the perfect little one chosen for us.
